While often with the services we have some channels just dont have Logos and you see then the Services Logo ( Zforce for example ), for the most channels you should see the specific Channel Logo.
If you do not see them, this can be an indication that your connection to the Server is not very good and also often result then in Buffering problems. This can only be solved by taking the necessary steps to improve the connection such as:
- Hardwiring device
- restart device
- clear cache of the APK
- restart router
If the channels itself play fine and you still experience that issue, try to clear cache and data from the APK in the Android App settings and once you login new, make sure that the APK fetches the Channels and the EPG which can be forced by opening the Live TV or TV Guide / EPG Category.
