We offer many services and everyone of them has a different amount on Channels, different Servers and locations and also different sources.
It happens frequently though that some channels go down and this can not be resolved until all streams ( servers ) are restarted and can take a while.
If you experience this, just mention in our Support Chat the following:
- Service ( e.g. Cloud9, Nitro, Zforce…)
- Category ( Category the Channel is in )
- Channel Name ( exact Channel name )
While we might not directly respond to you if we very busy, we go through our Chats and this messages are collected automatically and we make sure to fix it, if possible.
Please note that in some cases a Channel source can go down permanent and it can lead to several days to replace it or can get removed if necessary.
