What does my Order Status mean?

When you order in our system, then your order runs through various states until it is completed.

Here are the different states your order can receive:

On Hold: Payment was not yet matched between payment processor and our System, this usually resolves it self if your payment was successful.
Processing: Your payment was recognized by the Shop System and your order will be processed within 24 hours ( usually much faster )
Complete: Your Order is completed and you have received your Order complete Email with your Login, which can also be viewed in your User Area.
Cancelled: You or our System cancelled the order. ( usually when the payment failed ).

You can also check your order status in our Support Channel by typing into the Channel: !orderstatus #XXXX ( replace XXXX with your order number )
